Kinseth Hospitality Company (KHC) announces the opening of the new-build 99-room Staybridge Suites® hotel in Coralville, Iowa. Located just off I-80 in the Iowa River Landing and a short trip to the University of Iowa and University of Iowa Health Care and Coral Ridge Mall, this hotel is part of a mixed-use building connected to the new Xtream Arena and GreenState Family Fieldhouse which also houses retail/commercial space, future office space for Kinseth Hospitality Companies, and The Lofts at Iowa River Landing luxury condos.

The new property offers well-designed spacious guestrooms which include a mix of deluxe studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom/two-bathroom suites with communal living spaces.
