Kinseth Hospitality, Cobalt Partners and American Companies Announce Groundbreaking on SpringHill Suites by Marriott Hotel in Menomonee Falls, WI

Kinseth Hospitality Company (KHC), Cobalt Partners, and American Companies are pleased to announce the breaking of ground at the construction site of the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The groundbreaking ceremony for the SpringHill Suites hotel, located at N91 W15901 Falls Parkway, took place on Thursday, April 28, 2022. To kick-off the event Scott Yauck, Cobalt Partners President and CEO; Kraig Sadownikow, American Companies President; David Glasglow, Menomonee Falls Village President; and Bruce Kinseth, Kinseth Hospitality Senior Vice President, each shared their excitement for the project. Following, a group of investors broke ground on the coming SpringHill Suites hotel which will offer guest rooms and amenities for both leisure and business guests.
“We are excited to get construction started on the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Menomonee Falls,” expressed Bruce Kinseth. “We feel that this all suite Marriott hotel will provide a great all-suite hotel option whether staying one or 30+ nights and includes more space for the same price and a fantastic array of amenities to choose from.”
Guests in attendance were able to learn more about the project, see floorplans, and take home information about the hotel brand. The hotel is being built by American Companies and will be managed by KHC. It is expected to be completed Summer 2023.
