located at 1130 Park Place NE, Cedar Rapids, IA and the Homewood Suites by Hilton Cedar Rapids hotel located at 1140 Park Place NE, Cedar
Rapids, IA, effective November 25, 2025.
Both properties will continue to operate under the Hilton brand, maintaining the service standards and brand experiences guests expect, while
benefiting from Kinseth’s operational expertise, people-first culture, and proven track record in driving performance and guest satisfaction.
