New Dual Hotel at The District to be Developed by Kinseth Hospitality Companies

Kinseth Hospitality Companies (KHC) today announced that they will develop a dual branded Home2 Suites by Hilton and Tru by Hilton hotel at The District in Ankeny, IA. Site work on the 133-room hotel has begun and construction will commence in the spring of 2022 with opening expected in spring of 2023. This project will be the second development by KHC in The District.
“We are pleased to be developing this dual branded hotel concept in The District,” expressed Ben Kinseth of KHC. “The two brands by Hilton will appeal to both the extended stay and leisure travelers in Ankeny.”
