Resort Management Services
Resorts are among the most demanding and rewarding hospitality assets to manage. The combination of lodging, food and beverage, recreation programming, group and event business, and seasonal demand creates an operational complexity that requires a management company with genuine resort expertise — not just hotel management experience applied to a different property type.
Kinseth Hospitality Companies has managed destination resort properties that draw guests for the experience, not just the room — including lakeside resorts, and waterpark destinations. We bring the hands-on operational depth, F&B expertise, and financial discipline to make resort assets perform.

Resort Management Services
Resort Operations Management
Kinseth manages all aspects of resort operations — from front desk and housekeeping to event coordination, pool and grounds management, and property maintenance.
Resort Revenue Management
Resort revenue management requires a more sophisticated approach than standard hotel pricing. Multiple revenue streams — lodging, dining, recreation, events, retail — combined with seasonal demand patterns and group business require a team that understands total resort revenue, not just room rate. Kinseth optimizes lodging rates, ancillary revenue, and package strategies to maximize total revenue per available customer.
Food & Beverage Management
For most destination resorts, restaurant dining and bar operation is as important as the rooms. Kinseth operates multiple restaurant and bar concepts across our portfolio. Our food and beverage team manages concept development, kitchen operations, staffing, cost controls, and the dining experiences that define a resort stay and drive return visits.
Group, Event & Catering Sales
Resort occupancy and ancillary revenue depend heavily on group and event business. Kinseth's corporate sales and marketing team build the group pipeline through targeted outreach, wedding and social event marketing, corporate retreat sales, and catering programs — maximizing both function space utilization and total group revenue per event.
Sales and Marketing Planning
Resort business is defined by seasonality. Kinseth develops detailed seasonal marketing plans, daily activity calendars, and campaigns that capture maximum revenue during peak periods while managing costs and maintaining the guest experience throughout shoulder and off-seasons.
Resort Asset Management
For resort ownership groups and investors seeking asset management oversight, Kinseth provides performance monitoring, capital planning, competitive benchmarking, and strategic advisory to protect and grow resort asset value over the long term.
Resort Development & Renovation
Kinseth's development expertise extends to resort projects — new resort development, major renovations, F&B concept repositioning, and amenity enhancement. We manage brand or independent concept selection, construction management, FF&E procurement, and pre-opening operations with the specific knowledge that resort openings require.
