Kinseth sees two portfolio transitions effective July 1, 2026: the acquisition of the Irish Cottage & Suites, featuring Frank O’Dowd’s Irish Pub & Grill, in Galena, Illinois, and the takeover of hotel management operations for the Hyatt Place Cincinnati/ Blue Ash in Blue Ash, Ohio.
