Effective September 17, 2026, KHC assumed management of SpringHill Suites Chicago Schaumburg, Residence Inn Chicago Schaumburg, and Courtyard Chicago Schaumburg, further strengthening the company’s presence in the greater Chicago market.

Kinseth Hospitality Companies (KHC) is pleased to announce the grand opening of the AC Hotel by Marriott Cedar Rapids Downtown, which officially welcomed guests on October 22, 2026. Located at 150 2nd Avenue SW in the vibrant Kingston Yard district, the new hotel brings a modern, sophisticated hospitality experience to the heart of downtown Cedar Rapids.

The new 90-room hotel brings a fresh extended-stay lodging option to the Greater Green Bay area, offering spacious accommodations, modern amenities and the comforts of home for both business and leisure travelers.

Kinseth Hospitality is proud to welcome the Royal Sonesta Minneapolis Downtown to our portfolio. This hotel carries one of the city’s great legacies. It stands on the site of the very first Radisson, which opened in 1909. Today it offers 360 guest rooms and suites, more than 30,000 square feet of event space across 21 venues, and a direct connection to downtown’s skyway system.

Kinseth sees two portfolio transitions effective July 1, 2026: the acquisition of the Irish Cottage & Suites, featuring Frank O’Dowd’s Irish Pub & Grill, in Galena, Illinois, and the takeover of hotel management operations for the Hyatt Place Cincinnati/ Blue Ash in Blue Ash, Ohio.
